MISSION STATEMENT

         TRANSPARENCY, 

                 ACCOUNTABILITY,

                         HOMEOWNER PARTICIPATION

MONITOR AND REVIEW:

-Nationwide and statewide trends in HOA legislation and lawsuits

-Our Board of Directors, Committee, and PCM administration and activities and actions

-HOA documents (CC&Rs, Rules and Regulations, Bylaws, Meeting Minutes, Reports

          including financial records)

SUPPORT:

-Term limits for committee members serving for the Board of Directors

-Reasonable controls that can be fairly and evenly enforced

-Fair and equal use of our facilities and communications (Clubhouses, The VIEW, our website) by homeowners

-Fair and equal election and petitioning processes for all homeowners

-Protections provided by State Law Davis-Stirling Act

-Homeowners rights to disagree and be treated with respect by fellow residents, management, elected and appointed officials, paid staff members

OPPOSE

-Name-calling and slurs by homeowners who may disagree with other homeowners.  Disagree and debate issues and ideas, not persons!
